Alisha Quintana is Amelia’s adoptive aunt. She found her in the streets; Amelia must have been really small at the time, just one month. She probably had some name and birthday tag, as later, Amelia comments on her aunt knowing her true name and birthday.
Alisha did her best to find Amelia’s true parents, but she failed, they never show up. One of the attempts to help Amelia find her parents, was to bring her to the election. Amelia was chosen as a princess, but the parents still didn’t show up.
Two years later, Alisha Quintana moved to Brazil. Amelia had her address written down, but she didn’t remember it by heart, and so she couldn’t contact her after the earthquake.
