Being an artistic person makes you unique among others because you pay attention to the slightest details and look at things from a different perspective. When reading the “Mermaid Princess Amelia and the Lost Symphony,” you surely noticed some characters in the book with extraordinary creativity and innovation. This article focuses on some of them!
Edith – Painter
This list won’t be complete if Edith Dvali is omitted. It can be seen from the beginning of the novel that Edith has always been interested in painting. When Amelia enters her room for the first time, she notices the beautiful scenes inspired by the historical records of the Black Sea painted on her corridor wall. For Amelia’s birthday, Edith gifted Amelia a portrait of Algeia, an Antemidian heroine. Also, during her visit to Antemidia, Edith was primarily concerned with art and architecture. Towards the novel’s end, she expresses her interest in painting postcards with all the artifacts. If there’s anyone who’s a true painter at heart, that’s Edith!
Jasper – Make-up Artist
Jasper is another artistic character from the “Mermaid Princess Amelia and the Lost Symphony,” one of those that only recently began getting popular. He is a talented make-up artist who works in the royal court. Amelia acknowledges his expertise when she tries to do her make-up herself during the theater performance in Santa Ana.
Tony – Fashion Lover
Tony’s creativity in the fashion niche cannot be overlooked! A lot like Jasper, he works in the court, but for the court stylist, Alissa. He has a good eye for quality raw materials and pieces of jewelry. Hence, he is always sent to travel to far and near kingdoms to purchase the best fabrics and gems needed for the tailor’s projects.
Adavan – Undersea Photographer
Before Adavan’s sudden disappearance, he owned an underwater photography studio named Vega Photography. His artistic nature and creativity earned him one of his gigs as a court photographer working for the Queen of Nerland. Now, if that doesn’t show his high level of skills, we don’t know what could!
Jet Mir – Poetry Reader
Jet Mir’s artistic personality could have eluded you; but if you go back to the story’s beginning, he mentions to Amelia (back at the submarine where they were planning her secret mission to steal the artifacts) that he loves reading poetry.
On a final note, Maxine has been able to create characters with distinct artistic skills ranging from painting, fashion, and poetry. As a result, several creative niches were explored in the “Mermaid Princess Amelia and the Lost Symphony,” This proves once more that every page in this book has well-developed characters. Who else do you think is missing from this list?
