Devi Raisa

Devi Raisa is a mermaid ruler from the Sunda Trench (Java and Sumatra). She uses the title “devi” which is the Sanskrit word for Goddess. Her real surname is unknown.

She’s the descendant of Rathana. Adavan suggests, Raisa doesn’t know about the Mausoleum of Lost Symphonies, but he may be wrong about it – the four descendants seem to have a telepathic connection, as they know, what’s going on with the other ones, despite being miles apart.

Kamadia mentions, all of them, including Raisa, suffered from various energy diseases because of the demons. It is not clear what happened to her after “Mermaid Princess Amelia and the Lost Symphony.”
