Garabel Haldane

Garabel Haldane was a Scottish Sea noblewoman and one of the most famous opera divas in the Atlantic. She tried to become popular on land, but got only minor roles, earning pennies for them. In order to make spectators like her more, she used mermaid magic on them.

Garabel’s artifact was a brooch made with an asymmetrical cowry shell. Her country’s national fish was salmon, so her tail probably looked like a salmon’s tail.

Because of the artifact chase, Amelia and Sawa ruin Garabel’s performance of Samarkand in the theater of Tavira, Portugal.
