“(It) has everything other fantasy bestsellers do (…) I already started writing my fanfiction!”
“Mermaid Princess Amelia and the Lost Symphony,” is a captivating book that has everything other fantasy bestsellers do: a well-developed theme, a properly structured and highly engaging plot, and last but not least, highly memorable characters. It’s the book you surely won’t forget, one to which you’ll return many times, just to relive all adventures again with your favorite mermaid princesses. I already started writing my fanfiction!” Eliza, 16 y.o., reader and Wattpad writer.
“I was hooked from the very first page!”
“I love “Mermaid Princess Amelia and the Lost Symphony.” I was hooked from the very first page! This book pulls you in, like a vortex, you start reading and then, BAM! You’re on the last page, wishing for more, and speak of nothing else for the next months. The charm of this novel lies in the fact that it is exceptionally diverse and colorful, it effortlessly captures the reader’s interest, and brings to them the reality of the mermaid world.” Jola, 31 y.o., professional reviewer.
“Well written and entertaining (…) I’m also going to pick book two”
““Mermaid Princess Amelia and the Lost Symphony” is not my favorite mermaid book, I prefer mermaid stories with more romance. However, I have to admit though that it is a great book, well-written and entertaining. I’d definitely recommend it to fantasy readers who are looking for a new great series! I’m also going to pick book two, once it’s out. Hopefully it contains more romance! I’m really rooting for Amelia to finally get her first kiss.” Carmen, 45 y.o., romance author.
“We have picked (it) to teach teenagers about values”
“I am a librarian who helps run a high school book club. We have picked “Mermaid Princess Amelia and the Lost Symphony” to teach teenagers about values, especially empathy and forgiveness and we took Amelia and Edith’s story as an example. The students were really happy that we gave them a book which was so popular. Many had already read it earlier, and brought more examples, such as Amelia making a sacrifice to save her best friend. The club meeting went great, and my colleague, a literature teacher, decided to make a follow-up to talk about character building in his class. In “Mermaid Princess Amelia” the characters think and speak in an individualized manner; their actions often reflect their settings and personalities and so they’re worth studying. Their conversations are very natural and convincing especially when it comes to the book’s princess and her friends. Maxine Foti has a very light, attractive writing style, I like her writings very much.” Marina, 54 y.o., school librarian.
