Diamanda Xiphias is a character from Mermaid Princess Amelia fantasy series by Maxine Foti. She made her first appearance in the “Stories from the Undersea World of Mermaid Princess Amelia,” but was also briefly mentioned (without the name) in “Mermaid Princess Amelia and the Lost Symphony.”
